The beast and I were going to sell our current place and move into the middle of the woods aside a mountain but the family that owns the house doesn't want to sell at such a significant loss of $

Well, let's put it into perspective. We got our house at sn amazing price from family friends who were moving to a brand new house they built. We got it appraised last year at $40,000 more than what we paid for it. With the current market and despite upgrades and additions I built to the house, we can't even get what we paid for it.

That's quite possible but we need to settle. With the wedding less than 2 months away, we want to start a family very soon. I don't want to deal with relocating children or worse yet have a pregnant wife who is moody while moving :)

The beasts parents wedding cost was about 10 bucks. They got married in their house, her mother was pregnant with her and on bed-rest only days before she was born.

In hindsight I wish we would have done somethin like this but we are spending a lot on the food and drinks for the people who attend. Nothing crazy but just an expensive party I guess you could say.
