A friend gave me some homemade chilli that was made with habaneras and habanera extract

halfway through it I started getting lightheaded and buzz'd but I took it all the way through the sweat to completion

now the guts are rumbling and im not looking forward to how this is gonna bust out my ass

It was proelbay the single best chili I ever tasted in my life. It had the perfect amount of heat (enough to make me sweat) but it didn't overtake it. You could still taste all the other ingrediants.
