The beast tried to make bacon a different way from our norm and ended up with this atrocity. RIP delicious bakoons that never had a chance.

I appreciated her effort in trying new things. However, the outcome was totally unexpected and there was reconciliation. She made a 2nd attempt that came out flawlessly and made so much that for supper this evening we will be making double-decker BLT's.

Even though this half pound of bacon was lost, it will not be forgotten.
