Unless there is a easy conversion to an extract version, I gotta stay away from all grain recipes. I have not made the conversion to all grain yet but I plan on it after the wedding.

Some interesting choices you picked out there. I am game for a souped up maibock, dopplebock or weizenbock for sure. I just gotta get to work on emptying the 2x half barrels and replace them with sixtels of micro so I can have room to lager.

And while I'm on the subject, does that beer store by your place carry sixtel kegs?

You mean the ones that you use? If so, I believe yes since the first time I was there I saw someone getting one carried out into their car

Also, either today or tommorow I am buying a counter pressure bottle filler so I can bottle the beer I have on tap. So effective immediately I put a lock down on my homebrew until I can get some of it bottled for next months homebrew competition im entering.

Local one here close to my work. It's nothing big, just a thing a pub is throwing together. I did enough research on counter pressure fillers today that I think I can fabricate one with shit I have laying around the house/garage.

It's one of the seasonals that people go apeshit over and it sells out pretty quick. I'm buying a case if bombers for trading via beer advocate cuz there was 250 ppl iso it the last time I checked.

Also today they are releasing a new scratch beer: java stout. Filling 3 growlers with it depending on how I like it based off of the free sample you get onsite. :)
