Get some pain medication (ibuprofen) up in you, with some heavy, greasy food. You'll feel much better, and some water.

and i guess the same goes for a sandwich. with no meat, is it still a sandwich? are the requirements just 2 pieces of bread and something, anything, inbetween? a grilled cheese is a sandwich, so i guess i just talked myself out of it.
