99% of your daily sodium intake, but its cheap and tastes good.

also buy condoms for easy cleanup when slapping the holiday ham

ramen noodles - not the little bricks that you can buy at any convenience store, check an international or specialty section
your pick of vegetables (frozen mixed vegetables work fine)
low sodium chicken broth ^ cook above in this
egg - add this once the noodles are almost done

onion + garlic
chicken
^saute the onion and garlic in a bit of olive oil on low heat, turn the heat up and add the chicken. slice the chicken and add it to the ramen/vegetable mix, let it cook/sit for a minute, then enjoy

If I had my own place, this is about the only shit that would be in my house.

DRINKS
Light beers for partying
Quality beers for daily consumption
Milk

FREEZER/FRIDGE
Eggs
Fresh or frozen supply of chicken breast
Fresh or frozen supply of fish
Fresh or frozen supply of steak
Salad fixings (most likely just the prepackaged store shit that's ready to go)

CUBBARDS
Cans of tuna salad (maybe refrigerated prepackaged store shit that's ready to go)
Cans of chicken salad (maybe refrigerated prepackaged store shit that's ready to go)
Oatmeal
Olive Oil
Pasta of various sorts
Protein Powder
Rice of various colors & MSG contents
Wheat Bread

I really wouldn't buy anything more than that so I wouldn't tempt myself to eat unhealthy.

How do you consider that to be "eating healthy" when you don't have any vegetables other than prepackaged salad?

Let the noodles cook most of the way then drop the egg in, let it cook until you see white solids from the egg being cooked, then give it a bit more so the yolk gets somewhat cooked - boiling liquid is ideal for both cooking pasta and cooking egg thoroughly.

It's called a fucking vitamin faggot, I don't need to eat tons of fruit and vegetables.

Sorry, I would probably have onions, garlic, carrots for sure, maybe some cucumbers and bananas on top.

You need to have fiber, or are you one of those people who think it is normal to poop 2-3 times per week?

Proelbay the best thing said in this toilet but I can't argue with steak. There is always at least a full carcass worth of meat in my deep freeze
