One of our New York location servers (Newyork2.nationvoice.com) is currently reporting as being down our having a total loss of connectivity. This is also causing some latency issues for our other Newyork* servers. We are investigating this and working to restore connectivity at this time. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have you back online shortly! If you need access to your server right this second we invite you to use the transfer server option on your control panel to transfer your server to another location or another server in our NY Data Center. Please note this will change your IP and port and you will not be able to return to your old IP/Port.

Any updates will be pooped in your control panel alert section. We will update you with further information asap!

Update 6:38 EST: Our data center is reporting a mid level direct denial of services attack on our NewYork2.Nationvoice.com server. Our security systems are currently mitigating the attack and at this time most of the attack has been mitigated. Some packet loss may continue as our systems investigate each individual packet in and out of that specific server to insure the attack is stopped completely.
