Current Builds being used in A2 Hell (Hardcore):
Q] Furious Charge (healing rune)
W] Warcry (10% health, will use All Res at 60)
E] Revenge (30% proc rune)

1] Cleave on trash (extra damage rune) / Frenzy on bosses (slang axes rune)
2] Leap (extra armor rune)
Works pretty nice, two heals, two escapes, mega OP CC breaker/immunity with ridiculous steroid, good AOE and single target DPS, invaluable party buff
Mostly the same, except Earthquake with reduced cost instead of Leap (really helps against champions).
UPDATE: I edited my statistics into the original post of Kripparian's guidelines (pre 1.03 #s, pre damage nerf) to check out how far off I am.
Unforunately, the single biggest upgrades are going to be:
1) Weapon - DPS is still 3x as low (obviously his Hardcore Barbarian didn't have as good of gear as his Softcore Barb, but massive DPS with Life on Hit items don't exist yet)
2) Stormshield - This item is just gamebreaking for the defensive bonuses it provides
3a & 3b) String of Ears and Justice Lantern
4) More Str/Vit/50+ AllRes on gear
That being said, these items are just simply too expensive. The only possible way that I can see to get any gear improvement is to have a 2nd account up and running as a bot by next week, and hope to farm 60+ million in a week or two to get the required gear upgrades for A2-4 Inferno. Aside from that, I'm going to start progressing through A1 and hopefully start to be able to do 5 stack Butcher runs.
