Does anyone else laugh at the last decimal point? those machines maybe out of the box can measure that much but after a few months of service+ fuck that, also with the amount that spills everytime you take it out of the car i shit my pants gas machines just round it up to the nearest penny

highly doubt it
unless its a company vehicle and the company can as an expense
if its your vehicle and you travel you may be able to but then your work proal compensates you for it so then you couldnt

The total production from ANWR would be between 0.4 and 1.2 percent of total world oil consumption in 2030

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arctic_Refuge...ing_controversy

if oil really is past the half way point america should save its oil, as much as i want off foreign oil what would be worse is for us to use our oil and then only have their oil

would also take 10 years to start realizing any impact on our usage and realistically any supply we would satisfy for ourselves opec would just lower their production to keep the price stable

in short, combustion is a shitty form of energy production to start with
