Is there a nutritional decay over time for leftovers?

yes

What sort of time line are we talking about?

IE - Chicken breast is healthy, cook up 6 of them to eat during various stages of the week, say, 2 per day. On the 5th and 6th pieces, what would the nutritional value be like? Is it enough of a loss to bothering cooking every day?

assuming refridgeration and microwaving, shouldnt be too much of a notable exchange.

any time you have bacteria eating away at something (and there always will be, even in your fridge in a sealed container), you will clearly get all the nutrients from eating the bacteria with the chicken.

Dont worry nick, the lean protein in chicken breasts wont go down enough to make a difference.

I didn't think so.

I just want to know when I eat chicken a week later (like tonight), that it's still good!
