my fucking mouse pointer speed is at a snail speed

its randomly slowing down

it works at fine speed in world of warcraft, but on the desktop/internet, its fucking impossible to move

it seems to randomly be switching settings in the control panel, but its still performing slower than the speed it is set at

start to get raged
