is a multiday hangover the norm when you start getting older?
Pretty sure it's documented that the older you get the longer it takes to recover. That being said for other "injuries or sickness" clearly related just to over indulgence of alcohol.
When I was younger I could get blackout, shitty ass nasty belligerent drunk and wake up the following afternoon ready to do it again. Somewhere in my mid 20's I realized I needed the assistance of water/rehydration during intoxication to speed up recovery the following day.
Now, if I'm hungover the following day it usually means I'm in bed all day or on the couch and my heart beats in my head, shakes, shivers, fever, etc and it rolls over into day 2 of recovery. I've noticed the later described experience occurring more frequently with less alcohol being consumed...
