note to self:
The way to go is rebinding SmartCast to QWER AS (or DF) and rebinding the old functionality to CTRL-QWER AS (or DF).. and rebinding level-up back to ALT-QWER, of course.

The option was added along with Ezreal, because without it, it's quite the pain to spam skillshots.
