whole foods just opened a store down the street from work, all of the food has so much more flavor than standard grocery store fare.

Its weird, but free range pork is really hard to find and when you do its really expensive, but it tastes so much better. Chicken isn't as noticeable, and i think beef is very noticeable too, especially when grass fed.

Where do you shop for this stuff? the only reasonably priced "organic" beef by me is at the farmers market. otherwise i have to drive 40 mins to trader joes. they are building a wegmans tho, close by. its supposed to have lots of organic/humanely raised options

chicken thighs are probably the best bang for the buck you can buy, i should do it but for w/e reason im turned off on them because my moms exbf used to cook them 2-3 times a week for yrs

you can do a lot using a basic bbq sauce like sweet baby rays and then adding your touch to it. i like where your thinking is. i would prolly add some jalepeno to it

i guess i can chalk it up to my low elo, low iq, low intelligence gifts


cooking is tough. i can do it if i have a direct recipe, as a chemist thats no problem. but when it comes to just seasoning some stuff without a guide i have no clue. (unless its a steak)
