grill 2-3 pounds of free-range organic chicken breasts
heat half a breast for lunch and half a breast for dinner, various veggies
leftovers for 2-3 days
repeat
free range is the way to go
im going to be honest with you (i love when people say that, it first implies im clearly generally honest with you, and secondly it implies this time will be different), but organically raised meats have more flavor
i have heard the phrase "happier cows taste better", and i dont know where from. But i do know that all the organic meats taste better. Especially pork. Its weird, but free range pork is really hard to find and when you do its really expensive, but it tastes so much better. Chicken isn't as noticeable, and i think beef is very noticeable too, especially when grass fed.
Where do you shop for this stuff? the only reasonably priced "organic" beef by me is at the farmers market. otherwise i have to drive 40 mins to trader joes. they are building a wegmans tho, close by. its supposed to have lots of organic/humanely raised options
