-monetary jack / cheddar cheese
-tortillas
-enchilada sauce
-black beans

about 12 bucks, tastes awesome, 25 mins max

the cheese and enchilada sauce is really the only unhealthy thing, so use less of it = win

im just morally opposed to ground turkey. no, its clearly as good. no, its clearly a suitable replacement. yes, anyone who buys ground turkey as a beef substitute has a vagina.
