i just never could understand the asian invasion in cartoons, granted it hit after i was done for the most part
i mean woody woodpecker and popeye with technicolor was still prevalent after school, duck tales was cutting edge, and gi joe ruled

Power Rangers/Pokemon/Dragonball Z were probably the coolest things ever when if were a kid in my generation.

thundercats were amazing
xmen also, but for whatever reason it was over or something by the time i got home
it was my "only on saturday" cartoon and i always felt cheated, but loved it
