i think the only keys razer uses are the mx blue switches which are the loudest ones, so i wouldnt want one of those

if you want to spend 160, look up ducky shine keyboards, every key is individually led backlit and they come in different switch types

red and black switches the noise is just from the bottom of the plastic keycap impacting the base of the keyboard, which you can actually avoid if you dont press the key all the way down (it actuates at like 40% of the way down)

brown and blue have an extra crack to let you know when the key actuates

When Razer debuted their BlackWidow Ultimate mechanical gaming keyboard, one issue found by most reviewers was the clicking noise of the mechanical key switches. This clicking action is, by nature, part of the mechanism in each of the keys. Enter the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate Stealth, a mechanical gaming keyboard which touts a much more (as the name would imply) stealthy approach. The BlackWidow Ultimate Stealth accomplishes this feat by virtue of its key mechanisms, which are of the Cherry MX Brown type. Its sister keyboard, the BlackWidow Ultimate, uses Cherry MX Blue type keys. Both are mechanical switches in nature, but the Brown variation is a lot quieter (albeit at the expense of some spring tension).

still the brown and blue switches are harder to rapidly repeat keypresses because the force changes

this site has a good faq comparison of the different switches

regular keyboards are a layer of rubber with some metal in it on top of a printed circuit board, sandwiched between 2 flimsy pieces of shitty plastic

mechanicals have individual mechanical switches for each key in a sturdy frame with each key rated for millions of keypresses

clearly that they are as cheap as they could be, but the demand for them is roughly small and new, especially outside of asia
