preparation?  i have some chicken laying around

put the pieces in a 1 gallon ziplock bag with a 1/2 cup honey and some salt and let it sit in the fridge for an hour. in another gallon bag put a teaspoon of cumin, chili powder, adobo, paprika, and cocoa powder in and mix together. pat the chicken dry and put it in the bag and shake it up until its nicely coated, leave sitting out at room temp for an hour.

grill.

2 tortillas

put peanut butter on one

i'm using huckleberry jam on the other, use whatever you like

butter a pan, heat each half & combine together, fold in half to make easier to hold/eat

a little messy but it's pretty delicious
