Now to decide on either:

A. Another motherboard
B. Buying a prebuilt and selling the parts

You can install Windows from a flash drive if you can't find a SATA cable.

Too much work.

Too scared to turn it on.

Would be more sensible to try and recoup losses and sell everything to someone on Craigslist

Obviously a loss but hopefully 50%

The reason I waited so long to get back to this is because I was so disappointed the first time. I literally had anxiety about failing at it.

Now I'm in the same boat again.

I literally would rather walk around in public naked than to disassemble and reassemble this shit one more time.

I want to cry, I want to hit something, I want to throw it all in a fire, but mainly, I just really wished it would work. I know that everything is hooked up properly. I've switched out components in the past and I know when things are plugged in or clearly.

I believe Mac was right about the aftermarket CPU cooler bending the pins when I installed it. But this time I used the default, nowhere near any pins

Right now the computer is on, board lights on, case lights on, fans spinning, GPU find spinning.

Zero signal on monitor. It worked the last time just fine when I got Windows installed, so it's clearly bad.

Of all of the regretful purchases in my life, this is by far and away, no contest, the absolute worst and it makes me sick to my stomach.

Fck

How does that make sense?

It worked first time on the sabertooth

I'll try the old one, do I plug the blue (VGA) adapter to motherboard or GPU (still have that uninstalled)

Mobo, if clearly then GPU, if either work install Windows and then try the new monitor.

Edit: It doesn't have to make sense.
