I was actually on my way there when the explosions happen. Was like 3-4 minutes away when I heard the bangs and me and my buddy was like what the fuck was that? But I'm just like maybe it was some celebration thing. Or if there was like a revolutionary war reenactment nearby. Then a minute later some woman is walking with her daughter and the woman was hysterical. She was crying and her daughter was just trying to console her. We're just like what happened. And shes like near the finish line it was 2 huge explosions and shes just like stay away go back.
