Bought a house a few months ago with a big 2 car garage and workshop, so I finally had some space to start cooking
Going to do another grain cook, which will put me around 9-10 gallons of ~180 proof grain. After that I'm making gin. I have about 5 different botanical blends that I'm going to experiment with.
In the future I'm going to experiment with some aged/unaged whiskey, vodka, and rum.
